At HCC Hotels we consider a group to be any booking of more than 5 rooms. If you wish to make a reservation for 5 or more rooms, please contact our reservations department at hcc@hcchotels.es and do not forget to indicate all the necessary details (dates, distribution, hotel preference, etc.). We will get back to you as soon as possible.

The hotel reception is open 24/7.

Breakfast hours are from 7 am to 11 am from Monday to Sunday in the hotel restaurant.
We can also serve breakfast in your room if you wish.

Check in at the hotel is from 2 pm.
If you wish to check in early as a member of the HCC Club and you have made your reservation through our website hcchotels.com: you can request early check-in from 10 am (subject to hotel availability).
If you have booked through a third party and want to guarantee early check-in before 2pm, you must book the day before your arrival.

Check out is before 12 noon.
If you have made your reservation through our website and you are a member of the HCC club, you have the possibility to extend your stay until 2 pm on the day of departure (subject to availability).
If you have made your reservation through a third party and want to guarantee late check-in before your arrival, you will be required to pay an extra night.
If you are already staying at the hotel and wish to make a late check out, please contact the hotel reception team directly for more information.

All guests staying at our hotels can store their luggage before check-in and after check-out, so you can enjoy your trip without worrying about your belongings.

We have 2 different cancellation policies depending on the rate you book with:
1. Web Offer (Flexible) – Free cancellations until 12 noon the day before your arrival: you will have the possibility to cancel free of charge before 12 noon the day before your arrival. After that time, if you cancel, leave early or do not show up, we will charge the total of the first night on your card (the reservation is only valid for the first night).
2. Special Offer (Non-refundable) – Prepaid, no changes or cancellations allowed: you must pay in full with your credit or debit card when you confirm your reservation. No refunds in case of cancellation, early departure or no-show.
On SPECIAL DATES, the cancellation policy may be NON REFUNDABLE.

Depending on the rate you choose, payment will be made at the time of booking or at check-in.
At check-in, you will need a valid credit or debit card and a photo ID.

We accept cash payments at the front desk.
Payment methods not mentioned or listed above are not accepted.
– You need a valid credit card as a guarantee to book your stay online. If you do not have a credit or debit card, please contact our reservations department.
– A security deposit is not required. Please note that if you have chosen the prepaid option, you must pay the full amount in advance.
– We do not accept installment payments.
– We accept payments made on behalf of another person. The total amount of the reservation must be paid at least 24 hours before the day of arrival, for more information please contact our reservations department.

If you are looking for a culinary experience during your stay at HCC, check out our hotel restaurants, where elegance meets local Mediterranean flavors.
The HCC St Moritz hotel features the St Gallen restaurant, a restaurant known for its delicious Mediterranean fare. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday, from 1.30 pm to 4 pm and from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm. The restaurant is closed during the month of August.
El Racó de Montblanc, another magnificent restaurant with Mediterranean specialties, awaits you at the HCC Montblanc hotel. Here you can enjoy great food every day of the week, from 1 pm to 4 pm and 8 pm to 11 pm.

Our hotels HCC St Moritz and HCC Montblanc offer private on-site parking at the hotel.

Our HCC Regente and HCC Montblanc hotels have swimming pools, ideal for cooling off on the hottest days.

Come and relax on The Outside, our urban terrace at the HCC St Moritz, a corner of peace and tranquillity in the heart of the city. Open all year round, it offers a selection of food and drink.
While enjoying a refreshing drink, don’t miss the spectacular 360º view of Barcelona from the REG76 terrace at the HCC Regente.
And if you’re looking for a unique atmosphere with live music, take note! Live concerts will be held from April onwards on Wednesdays from 7pm to 9pm on The Outside terrace and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm on the REG76 terrace.
The HCC Montblanc Hotel has a terrace open during the summer season where you can relax and enjoy a drink at the bar.

Our hotels HCC Regente, HCC Montblanc and HCC Taber have rooms for one or two persons with terrace at extra charge. Imagine waking up every morning to a breathtaking view or relaxing on your own private terrace.
