Recharging Point for Electric Cars: At HCC Hotels, we’re pioneers in adapting our facilities to the modern requirements of our guests, so we’re continuing to invest in the most innovative services and facilities for all our hotels. As an example of our commitment to continuous improvement, we’d like to tell you about a new service at the HCC Montsia. From our hotel reception, we can now offer recharging cards for electric vehicles 24 hours a day.

Beyond the many charms of the beautiful town of Amposta, we now have the honour of hosting the only rapid-recharging electric vehicle station between Tarragona and Castellón. By incorporating this new service, the region of Montsia is firmly committing to environmentally-friendly policies and is becoming a reference point for drivers with electric cars who can make the most of this perfect environment to recharge their batteries close to the nearby Ebro Delta.

How does the charging point work?

The rapid-recharging station can be found on Avenida Alcalde Palau and provides an 80% battery charge in just 30 minutes, thanks to the powerful electrical currents. To make use of this service, you’ll first need to have a charging card, which you can get from:

– The Town Hall (Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 3-4) between Monday and Friday, 9.00 to 14.00.

– Our hotel HCC Montsia (Avenida de la Ràpita, 8) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
